1. FIRST MESSAGE & COMMUNICATION STANDARDS

To ensure a respectful experience for all singles, Mobeze Inc. enforces the following communication rules:

• No Vulgarity: The use of profanity, sexually explicit language, or vulgarities in opening messages is strictly prohibited. Keep it classy.
• No Immediate Data Sharing: For your safety, do not share personal phone numbers, home addresses, or private social media handles in your initial messages.
• No Platform Redirects: We prohibit users from immediately attempting to move conversations to third-party apps (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram, or Line). This is a common tactic used by scammers and violates our safety protocols.

2. PROHIBITED MISCONDUCT

The following behaviors will result in an immediate and permanent ban:

• Harassment: Bullying, stalking, or persistent unwanted contact.
• Commercial Solicitation: Using the app to sell products, services, or "sugar" arrangements.
• Deception: Using "catfish" photos or misrepresenting your age or identity.

3. REMEDIAL ACTIONS (SB 957)

Violations are taken seriously. Under California law, Mobeze Inc. reserves the right to:

• Permanently bar your device from accessing the service.
• Notify contacted members: If you are banned for fraud or safety violations, we will notify users you have interacted with to protect them from potential harm.
