FEDERAL MANDATORY REPORTING

In accordance with 18 U.S.C. ยง 2258A, Mobeze Inc. is a mandatory reporter of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We maintain a Zero-Tolerance Policy for the creation, possession, or distribution of illegal material involving minors.

2. REPORTING TO NCMEC

Upon gaining actual knowledge of any facts or circumstances from which it is apparent that a violation involving CSAE has occurred, Mobeze Inc. will immediately provide a report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline.

3. PRESERVATION OF EVIDENCE

As required by federal law and the REPORT Act, Mobeze Inc. will preserve all relevant data, including account info and message logs associated with a CSAE report, for at least one (1) year after submission to the CyberTipline (or longer if requested by law enforcement) to assist in federal investigations.

4. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

Any account found to be in violation of CSAE laws will be permanently banned from Mobeze Inc. services across all platforms. We cooperate fully with the California Attorney General and federal authorities in these matters.
